ECYC is happy to be attending the Council of Members/Extraordinary General Assembly of the European Youth Forum, taking place in Madrid, Spain between the 27 and 28 November! The event brings together almost 200 young delegates representing youth organisations from all over Europe. The President of the YFJ, Johanna Nyman, announced last night that the European Youth Capital 2018 will be Cascais, in Portugal.
