  • Valencia International training

    Valencia, Sept 29 - Oct 3

    ECYC is seeking 24 youth workers from member organisations to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively address mental health challenges among young people, particularly those from marginalised backgrounds. Through interactive learning sessions, practical exercises, and peer exchange, the training seeks to enhance participants' capacity to support youth mental well-being within their respective communities.

    With support from the Council of Europe, ECYC is covering the costs for the course, meals, and accomodation. A subsidy of 100 Euros is being offered to participants to support costs for flights.

  • Fostering a Resilient Generation: Youth Clubs and the Role of Open Youth Work in a Mad, Mad World

    The Conference will focus on resilience and mental wellbeing among youth, exploring the role of youth organisations and civil society in supporting young people, raising awareness, and evaluating the adequacy of policies at the EU and national levels. It will also address emerging threats to resilience, including extremism, misinformation, and the post-pandemic impact on youth.

  • Spark and Sustain: fostering mental well-being and motivation in open youth work

    Budapest, October 13-18

    We are seeking youth workers to join this study session that continues with the 2025 theme of mental well-being. Hosted by the Council of Europe, and jointly organised by ECYC and the Youth Express Network (Y-E-N), the study session is taking place at the European Youth Centre in Budapest, Hungary.

    The overarching aim of the study session is to bolster the resilience and mental well-being of youth workers for increased motivation and participation of youth in democratic processes.
