PRONI Center for youth development is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-politician organization founded in 1998 with the aim of organizing and implementing education in the area of youth work with young people with the promotion of volunteerism among the active citizens.

Vision:

Young people have the ability to develop themselves and an equal opportunity to contribute to democratic society in which their needs are recognized and resolved. Activism, cooperation and understanding among people are an integral part of the democratic society.

PRONI Center operates through offices in Brčko and Bijeljina and the activities are implemented at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina based in youth clubs. In period form 2003 – 2019 we have established 26 youth clubs in Brcko district city and rural area, and 4 clubs in cities such as Bijeljina, Mostar, Sarajevo and Banja Luka. PRONI youth work activities today is based on human rights protection of marginalized youth in rural areas and development of youth clubs in Youth clubs’ network and promotion and establishment of partnership with other NGO’s and Governmental institutions.

PRONI Center for youth development, besides local and national level, act also on the European level through partnerships and networking with other organizations and since 2014 we are Contact Point for the EU program ERASMUS + for youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
