The Fédération des Centres de Jeunes en Milieu Populaire (Federation of Youth Centres of Underprivileged Origin) is a pluralistic youth organisation which mainly includes as members youth clubs conducting specific socio-cultural activities and caring for young people living in the worst economic, social and cultural conditions.

FCJMP's specific objectives include supporting the activities of Youth Centres and fostering youth actions in humble environments. Its activities aim to increase the authorities' awareness of the problems affecting disadvantaged young people and enable the development of a sociocultural equal-opportunity policy.
